We have four bright and airy rooms to hire, each with different capacities. Our conference rooms can be set up in different configurations eg. cabaret, boardroom, classroom or theatre styles.
We can cater for capacities from 4 – 200, depending on your layout requirements, and we offer hot and cold breakfasts and lunches from our onsite catering facility. Your food will be brought to you at a time specified by you.
Our events team is included in Conference Room Hire to assist in ensuring your hire goes to plan, alongside presentation equipment e.g. projector, whiteboards, pens, Superfast Broadband Wi-Fi, refreshments and free onsite parking.

Victoria Offices is the only place in Cornwall that I know of with hot desks in private offices by the day. The whole site is clean and well presented, staff are all friendly and helpful and the Biscuit coffee shop is excellent for lunches or meetings. Really enjoyed my week here.
