Named after our company, the Victorian Suite is suitable for small to medium groups and can be adapted to numerous layouts according to your event requirements. The Cabaret and Classroom layouts accommodate 24 people, the Boardroom has the capacity for 20 people, and the Theatre layout is suited for 30 people.
Piran Suite
The Piran Suite is named after the Cornish patron saint of miners, St. Piran, who gave his name to the famous town of Perranporth. This conference room can accommodate small groups and is set up in a Boardroom configuration, with a capacity for up to 18 people.
Lowan Suite
Drawing inspiration from the Cornish word for joyful, the Lowan Suite is a bright conference room suitable for medium to large groups. It can be set up in different layouts as required. The Cabaret layout accommodates 50 people, the Classroom and Boardroom layouts cater for 40 people, and the Theatre layout accommodates 60 people.
Avalon Suite
The Avalon Suite is named after the island where King Arthur’s Excalibur is said to have been made. It can accommodate small to medium-sized groups in either classroom or cabaret layouts, hosting up to 16 or 30 people, respectively.
Chenoweth Suite
The Chenoweth Suite is our largest conference room, and its name means ‘new house’ in Cornish. As the latest addition to the Commercial Building, it is entirely self-contained, with toilets and a kitchen. In the Cabaret and Theatre layouts, it can accommodate up to 100 people, up to 44 people in the Classroom layout, and up to 48 people in the Boardroom layout.

At Victoria Offices & Conference Centre, we are constantly improving our facilities to provide the best experience for our clients when they use our Conference Room Hire in Cornwall.
The Commercial Centre has undergone some recent renovations, including a new roof above the offices. We also removed and replaced the old, disused toilet blocks with new ones that will soon be open for use.
Additionally, we are in the process of converting a derelict unit into two training rooms for an existing tenant to occupy. Advent House and Beacon Place have also undergone general maintenance work to ensure the upkeep of our premises.
