Our large, well-lit conference rooms in central Cornwall come with free-parking and fast Wi-Fi. As such, they’re the ideal location for you to host your next training course, company meeting, conference, or exam. We offer a number of Cornish-inspired catering options, freshly prepared in our onsite catering facility.
Victoria Suite
Named after our conference centre, this conference room is ideal for small-to-medium-sized groups. It can be set up in one of several layouts, based on your preferences and event needs.
Piran Suite
Named after Cornwall’s patron saint, St. Piran, who also gave his name to the popular resort of Perranporth, this room is set out in a ‘Boardroom’ layout and is perfect for smaller groups.
Lowan Suite
Inspired by the Cornish word for ‘joyful’ or ‘happy’, this bright conference room is perfect for medium-to-large groups and can be arranged in different layouts, as per your requirements.
Chenoweth Suite
Meaning ‘new house’ in Cornish, Chenoweth is one of our largest conference rooms in Cornwall. As the latest addition to the Commercial Building, it is entirely self-contained, with toilets and a kitchen.
Avalon Suite
Named after the mythical island where King Arthur is said to reside, this suite is designed for small to medium groups. It can be set up in either a classroom or a cabaret layout.
Catering
Our caterers can provide hot and cold food options for breakfast or lunch. We can deliver your meals at a time that works best for you.

Conference Rooms in Cornwall – Layouts
When you hire one of our conference rooms in Cornwall, you can choose from various layouts depending on the purpose of your event. The layout you select will determine how many people each room can accommodate.* This number will be different from one suite to the next, based on its size. Please bear this in mind when you fill in our booking form. (See tabs below.)
* If you need a larger number of people than specified, please get in touch so we can go over your requirements. We will try our best to come up with a suitable solution. Please note: If you request a room for a standing only event, we can set up a conference room for as many as 200 attendees.
