If you’re located in Bodmin, you’ll find us just 10 to 15 minutes down the A30, a couple of minutes off the Cornwall Services slip road. For delegates or candidates arriving from other areas of the UK, we are only a 3-minute walk from Roche Train Station and about a 16-minute taxi ride from Cornwall Airport Newquay.
Our large conference rooms in St. Austell offer free parking and fast Wi-Fi, making them the perfect venue for your next training course, company meeting, conference, or exam.
Victoria Suite
Named after our conference centre, this room is perfect for small to medium-sized groups. It can be arranged in several layouts according to your preferences and event requirements.
Piran Suite
Named after St. Piran, the patron saint of Cornwall, this room features a ‘Boardroom’ layout, making it ideal for smaller groups.
Lowan Suite
Inspired by the Cornish word for ‘joyful’, this bright conference room is perfect for medium to large groups and can be configured in various layouts to meet your needs.
Chenoweth Suite
Chenoweth, meaning ‘new house’ in Cornish, is one of our largest conference rooms. As the most recent addition to the Commercial Building, it is fully self-contained, featuring its own toilets and kitchen.
Avalon Suite
Named after the mythical island where King Arthur is said to dwell, this suite is designed for small to medium-sized groups. It can be arranged in either a classroom or a cabaret layout.
Catering
A range of hot and cold food for breakfast/lunches can be provided from our caterers upon request. Feel free to see our menu options. We will deliver your food at a time suited to you.

Conference Rooms nr Bodmin – Layouts
When you hire one of our conference rooms nr Bodmin, you can choose from various layouts based on the purpose of your event. The layout you select will determine the number of people each room can accommodate. This capacity will vary from one suite to another, depending on its size. Please keep this in mind when filling out our booking form. (See the tabs below.)
If you need to accommodate more people than specified, please contact us so we can discuss your requirements. We will do our best to find a suitable solution. Please note: If you are requesting a room for a standing-only event, we can set up a conference room for up to 200 attendees.
