If you’re in Truro, we’re conveniently located just 30 minutes down the A30, a short drive from the Cornwall Services slip road. For those travelling from other parts of the UK, we’re only a 3-minute walk from Roche Train Station and about a 16-minute taxi ride from Cornwall Airport Newquay.
Our spacious conference rooms in St. Austell (near Truro) offer complimentary parking and high-speed Wi-Fi, making them the ideal venue for your next training session, corporate meeting, conference, or examination.
Victoria Suite
This room takes its name from our conference centre and is ideal for small to medium-sized groups. It can be configured in a variety of layouts to suit your event and specific requirements.
Piran Suite
This room is named in honour of St. Piran, the patron saint of Cornwall, and is arranged in a boardroom-style layout, making it particularly well suited to smaller meetings and group discussions.
Lowan Suite
Drawing inspiration from the Cornish word meaning ‘joyful’, this bright and welcoming conference room is well suited to medium to large groups. The space can be arranged in a range of layouts to accommodate different event styles and requirements.
Chenoweth Suite
Chenoweth, which translates to ‘new house’ in Cornish, is one of our largest conference spaces. As the newest addition to the Commercial Building, it is fully self-contained and includes its own kitchen and toilet facilities.
Avalon Suite
This suite, named after the legendary island associated with King Arthur, is ideal for small to medium-sized groups. It offers flexible setup options, including classroom and cabaret layouts.
Catering
A range of hot and cold food for breakfast/lunches can be provided from our caterers upon request. Feel free to see our menu options. We will deliver your food at a time suited to you.

When booking one of our conference rooms near Truro, you can select from a variety of layouts tailored to your event’s needs. The chosen layout will affect each room’s capacity, which varies depending on the size of the suite. Please keep this in mind when completing our booking form (see the tabs below).
If your event requires accommodating more guests than the stated capacity, get in touch with us to discuss your requirements. We’ll work with you to find a suitable arrangement. For standing-only events, a conference room can be set up to host up to 200 attendees.
