Our Conference Centre
Welcome to our conference centre and training facility. Our friendly team is dedicated to ensuring that your experience is nothing less than exceptional, and we are always happy to help you make the most of our facilities and services.
We have spacious, bright meeting rooms with free parking and Wi-Fi, making it easy for you to host your next conference, meeting, training course or even to use as an exam room. A range of catering options are available on request from our onsite catering facility.
Victoria Suite
The title taken from our company name, this conference room is suitable for small to medium groups and can be adapted to a number of layouts, according to your event requirements.
Piran Suite
Lowan Suite
Inspired by the Cornish word for ‘happy’ or ‘joyful,’ this bright conference room is ideal for medium to large groups and can be configured to different layouts as required.
Chenoweth Suite
Our largest conference room, ‘Chenoweth’ is Cornish for ‘new house.’ This was the newest addition to the Commercial Building and is completely self-contained, with toilets and a kitchen in the room.
Avalon Suite
Named after the island where King Arthur’s Excalibur is said to have been made, this suite can cater for small – medium sized groups, in either classroom or cabaret layouts.
Catering
A range of hot and cold food for breakfast/lunches can be provided from our caterers upon request. For menu options, click here. We will deliver your food at a time suited to you.

When hiring one of our conference rooms in St. Austell, you can select from a choice of layouts to suit your hire purpose. The layout will determine how many people each room can accommodate.* This number will vary, depending on the size of suite. When completing a booking form, please take this into consideration. *Should you require a larger number than specified, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note: If rooms are requested for a standing only event, it is possible to provide a conference room for up to 200 people.
