In addition to our excellent conferencing facilities, we also have private offices to let in various sizes, and private daily office rental (hotdesking) available.
Location is key. Our Cornwall conference centre and offices are accessible by road, rail or air – being just off the A30 by car, a 3-minute walk from Roche Train Station or a 16 min taxi ride from Newquay Airport. There is plenty of free car-parking on-site.

Facilities at Victoria Offices and Conference Centre in Cornwall are second-to-none and are included in the hire price: free onsite parking; presentation equipment such as projector, flipchart etc; Superfast Fibre Wi-Fi and a dedicated team to ensure your event goes to plan. Also included is tea/coffee with a hot water urn and a water cooler.
With the advantage of having onsite catering available, you can choose to purchase hot or cold breakfast/lunch packages at very reasonable prices – which will be brought to your room at an agreed time.

…The rental rate for the day was amazing value for money. The office was spacious, clean, well ventilated and good WiFi connection. A supply of tea/coffee/biscuits and fresh milk was supplied which was much appreciated. There was a kitchen available for use which was a bonus. There is also an on-site cafe which I did not have the chance to try, but it looked fine. I would highly recommend Victoria Offices and want to say thank you to Mandy for her help.
