48 hours notice to leave, or move to a different sized office with no additional charges.
Security
All offices have an individual intruder alarm fitted.
Corporate Signage
Your office door will have your company name and logo, along with directional signage in the lobby.
Incoming Mail
Any mail will come to us, and we will deliver it to your office free of charge.
Communal Kitchen
Each building has communal kitchens, which include a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and instant boiling tap.
Chargeable Facilities (incl. Optional Facilities)

All offices are individually metered and invoiced monthly.
Business Rates
Business rates are payable by the tenant.
Wi-Fi / Broadband – optional
We have Wi-Fi and broadband packages starting from £30.00 per month.

Office cleaning is available to book as little or as often as you require.

We are able to supply and set up phones.

We can assist with you with building furniture or putting something on the walls.
